50g Original Kings Garden

2 large unpeeled apples e.g. granny smiths

8 boneless skinless chicken pieces

2 peppers (1 green & 1 yellow)

1 med onion

3 cloves garlic

1 can chopped plum tomatoes

5g paprika

100g long grained rice

1 pint chicken broth (Made with boiling water)

Herbs of choice to season




Peel and core apples, then slice.

Using the Kings Garden Original,griddle the chicken until golden brown. Then set to one side.

In the same pan add the peppers, onion and garlic and fry till tender on med heat for approx 10 mins. While this is happening boil kettle to make stock.

Add tomatoes, apple and paprika.

Stir in the rice and add the stock. Simmer on a med-low heat for approx 20 mins or until liquid has absorbed. Add herbs to flavour and serve.
