Prep time 15 minutes – cooking time about 20 minutes




130 ml King’s Garden Chilli

250 grams sugar

130 grams self raising flour

85 grams Cocoa powder

5 grams salt

4 large eggs




Preheat oven to 180c/150-160 fan/350f/gm4.

Pour Kings Garden Chilli into mixer bowl, add sugar and mix

Break eggs individually to check freshness then add eggs to the mixing bowl and stir until well mixed.

In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients, flour, Cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet mix and blend into a soft no lump consistency.

Pour onto a greaseproof paper lined 18” x 9” x 1 ½” baking tray.

Bake for approx 20 minutes or until the Brownie pulls away from the sides.

Cool on a wire rack before slicing into serving portions
