Serves 4         Prep time 15 minutes - cooking time approx 35/45 minutes




125ml Kings Garden Caraway or Garlic

1 medium onion

1 red pepper

1 orange/yellow pepper

1 green pepper

5/6 garlic cloves

3 medium carrots

2 medium sweet potatoes

2 potatoes

2 medium parsnips

½ small Swede

¾ sticks celery




Peel and chop vegetables to desired size, the potatoes cut into smallish cubes approx 20 mm leaving the other vegetables slightly larger to accommodate different cooking profiles.

Place all the vegetables in a roasting tin and pour the Kings Garden of your choice over, stir well to cover as much of the vegetables surfaces as possible.

Place into pre heated fan oven at 200 deg C

After approx 10 minutes carefully remove from oven and stir well, return to oven and complete the cooking cycle.

Serve immediately.
