Kings Garden Garlic pesto

Kings Garden Garlic dressing

150g smoked salmon, cut into small pieces

1 onion, chopped

150g fresh mushrooms, sliced

3 tablespoons tomato puree

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

4 tablespoons water

225g spaghetti




Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling water until al dente.

In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp Kings Garden garlic dressing over medium heat. Add onion, mushrooms until onion is transparent and mushrooms are tender.

Stir in tomato puree, 175ml of Kings Garden garlic pesto, fresh basil, water and smoked salmon;

Cook gently for 5 to 10 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.


Drain pasta. Serve sauce over spaghetti
