15g Kings Garden Lemon

4 chicken breasts


4 pieces of plain fish (any white flesh)




If using chicken you will need. Skinless chicken breasts, one per person, marinade in fridge for minimum two hours by pouring two table spoons of Kings Garden Lemon over each breast. Remove from fridge and ensure all sides coated, place on tinfoil & fold to seal. Bake in oven for approximately 20-30 minutes at 200c/170-180fo/400f/gm6. Suggested accompaniments – green beans, baby sweet corn & new potatoes

If using fish currently available known as ‘river cobbler’ in some supermarkets but basically a Vietnamese farm reared catfish – place fillet on tinfoil add two desserts spoons lemon dressing, fold to seal and  Bake in oven for approximately 10-15 minutes at 200c/170-180fo/400f/gm6.
