60g Kings Garden Original

8 Eggs

1 Bag of Fresh Spinach

2 Potatoes (chopped in cubes and boiled soft)

1 Red Pepper (Chopped)

50g Strong Flavour Cheese

7g Nutmeg




Add spinach to a Non stick dry pan and cook on a low heat with nutmeg for approx 5 mins. Place in a sieve and with the back of a large spoon press to remove water.

Beat eggs together

In a frying pan heat the Kings Garden Original add the chopped pepper and cook off for 5 mins. Add the eggs to the frying pan then add spinach and potatoes to pan with the cheese and cook on a low heat for approx 15 mins. Move the mixture around occasionally to help set.

When mixture looks set place under grill and cooks for 5-10 more mins on low heat and serve.
