Ingredients

 

175g Kings Garden Orange & Ginger

250g Plain flour

75g Caster Sugar

 

Method

 

Mix flour and sugar together then in a food mixer add the Kings Garden Orange and Ginger until a dough is made.

Tip out of the bowl and roll till about 1/2 inch thick. Using any cutter you have cut out your shortbread. Approx 12-18 biscuits made.

Bake for between 20-30 mins 160C/325F/GM3/130-150fan or until golden brown on top.
