200ml Kings Garden Lemon

2 tbsp Kings Garden Caraway

2 medium Eggs (hard boiled)

2 tsp Wholegrain Mustard

2 Shallots (finely chopped)

2 Green Chilli’s (seeded and finely chopped)

1 Green Pepper (chopped)

1 handful Parsley (chopped)

1 handful Tarragon (chopped)

Salt and Pepper for seasoning




Remove the egg yolks and mash together.  Mix in the mustard then slowly pour in the Kings Garden lemon as to make mayonnaise.

Finely chop the egg white with the rest of the ingredients.  Give the sauce a taste and season if needed.

To serve and add a final touch to the dip, add Kings Garden Caraway dressing just before seasoning.


Cut up the sausages and stab in cocktail sticks: arrange around the Gribiche and enjoy.
